Feeling a little Odd

  Its been a few days since my last post. But nothing much has really happened. Just talking with friends and my girlfriend. But other than that not a lot is really going on in my life right now. That is a good thing. Sure there is no excitement at the moment but that means there is no drama BS also. And that is something we can all do with out. Iv just been thinking about making a few purchases recently. Like WOW for instance, i really want to start playing it now. But i could get the war chest which comes with the game and the first 2 expansions. All for 20 bucks, which i could so swing that. But then keeping up with the monthly payments and everything..uh i would have to find something to pay for it. Which would lead me into my next string of ideas. I could always try to get a bit better at drawing so i can offer cheap sketches to people on a few srt sites. Enough to where i can pay for wow on the monthly bases. When im playing it anyways.

  Other than that there really isnt a lot more to talk about right now. I mite do another post later but yeah. Oh oh and last night i got so happyish. I got to talk to my gf for a nice amount of time and it was all mostly good. What i mean by mostly good is that her drunk friend was sending her texts via facebook, drunk telling her that he likes her and all that. And normally that would make me a jealous beast. But with my mate i really dont have to worry about that type of thing. For the first time in a very long time i feel like i can really trust a person and that is a really good feeling. Not to say i didnt get jealouse, just not as much. Im not some over protective douche but i was a little clingy i suppose. It all ended up good though. Which i take as a very good sign. And she is a keeper.

Sort of an interesting Day so far..

  Well i had a nice morning today. It was bit chilly and i am really happy that i grabbed some extra blankets at night. That stomach virus that hit me the other day is spreading around to the rest of my family. So that sort of sucks for them. Its not as bad but still. The day hasent really started off but then again i like how its going. I'm talking with my mate and she tells me that its her first time being a DM in a D&D game today. I'm a little jealous about this. I have been wanting to get into a game for a while now. But its really hard to find people who are into it in my area. Yeah i could go online and find people but its not the same as being there with actual people and acting out the roles and everything like that.

  I'm pretty vanilla when it comes to D&D so im not super hardcore about it. But i really love the story aspect about it. Just acting things out, always checking yourself for different scenarios. I have done some pretty layed back games where stats and rules are bent a little just to keep things more light hearted and fun. But yeah, i really wish i could be there to see her DM and see what she comes up with. Ugh my head is filling up with ideas for characters and diffrent ways of doing it and GAH! i so want to play D&D right now. To be a Dragon Born or maybe a elf or something. Its been for ever since i have played it. That's it im heading out to get some food and maybe play a game online or something.

  Oh oh oh..yeah im really getting ticked off at some of the game companies here. I recently found out that Microsoft is getting a patent put out that gives them the ability to monitor people via the Kennects cameras. All in an effort to see who is playing their games and what not. This is insane, they are getting to the point where they want everyone who is interested in the game to buy every little bit of it. They want to do away with the days of loaning out your personal copy of a game to a friend in the hopes of getting them interested in this awesome game. And i know this has to do with that stupid Piracy excuse they have. Yeah i get that its a problem but its not as bad as they make it out to be. They are blaming them for the loss in money. And when they say they are loosing money they mean its something like they are only making $4 profit instead of $5. They are still making profit just a little less. Aside from that, the games downloaded arent loss of sales. Those are the sales that they never had! I could have downloaded Skyrim but i like the franchise so much that i went out and bought it. The people who are downloading the games are people who would have never bought the game in the first place. So yeah..there you go mini rant.

 

When it rains it pours

  Wow these past couple of days have been really crazy. I got super sick last night, i was doing hand stand over the bowl. But i feel a little better now. Got some jello and meds so im good. But today just seems like one of those days where everything is just hitting the fan at once. People around me are just having problems one right after another. Its a little insane, but hopefully things will get better soon. Listening to Linkin Park seems to help things a little bit. So i guess thats good.

  But yeah i have just been getting ticked off at a lot of things and people today. My sister mostly. She is one of these religious types, i dont care what you believe in just dont be arrogant or pushy about it, she started spraying me with holy water that smelled dirty. I secretly think that's what got me sick in the first place. And well when i told her that, she got really pissed and i got pissed because i was sick. Other than that i was trying to work on some drawings but that just wasnt going to happen today. Today and part of yesterday wasnt a good day.

  On a side note..one movie that really should get remade is Face Off. It was pretty ok back then, but with the technology we have now. It could be a nice looking SciFi flick. Just saying. That and i really wish that Netflix would have better movies to available for streaming. They have an ok selection but a lot of it really inst A class materiel. They dont even have bad movies that are so bad they are funny like The Room.

Starting things off..

  So this is my first blog. I really don't know what to type in it or fill it up with but, like many recent things in my life..it is something i need to try. I guess I will start off by talking  a little bit about myself. 

  My name is Chris and I live in California. "In California" isn't my real last name but it was the only way I could have that up there. I don't really know much about this site yet, but hopefully I can learn about it as I go along. I am a 23 year old college student looking to hopefully get into the nursing field. I like to help people out and well its the type of job that I can go anywhere and I wont have problems looking for work. Aside from that I your typical "modern" nerd sort of? I guess this is my way of trying to come out of my shell a little bit. I have always been something of a lone wolf and well I'm at a happy point in my life where that isn't a option anymore lol. I don;t really have any friends, no people to go to the pub with or just hang out with. ...Not that I didnt try but that was more of something that was forced on me. But that isn't as important right now. 

  Some of my hobbies are just grabbing a pencil and drawing. I'm not very good at it but i have fun with it. I like to play video games as well, everything from Super Mario to shooters like Call of Duty or Battlefield and everything else in between. I'm not super knowledgeable about that stuff but i know a little bit. There really isnt a lot about me to say other than I havent really lived it up. My girlfriend had an outburst of laughter and amazement when she found out that i didnt know how to do the chicken dance. Yes the little dance that you learn in kinder garden. That very same one. 

  You may get a laugh out of it but its true. I was sick a lot as kid and missed out on a lot of things like that. Its crazy, I'm in for a lot of firsts. I have never tried pumpkin pie before. And that is on my to do list when my gf gets here for holiday. Also smores and learning to swim and all those types of things. What can i say really? I havent really lived a lot due to more than a few reason but this late in the year has marked the beginning of what i hope is many a wonderful things to come. 

And yeah lol i guess that is my first post. And well i guess im off to get a bit of dinner and hopefully not hear anymore talk about politics lol
